The first step is the ‘Motor Training’ stage, where it is key to set some basic principals. Mastering these principals will be of great use to the sports development of the student. After that it comes the ‘Sports Improvement’ that will get the player to the other level and help him perfect the technique he needs to become the greatest he can be.
At the end, there is one last stage, that not everyone reaches, and it is the ‘High Performance’, where the athlete needs to focus all his time, energy, commitment and discipline to achive the best results he possibly can.
